An Automatic Tube Cleaning System (ATCS) is a maintenance solution designed to keep the tubes of heat exchangers, condensers, and chillers free of fouling and scaling. These systems are especially critical in power plants, refineries, HVAC systems, and industrial process cooling, where tube cleanliness directly affects energy efficiency, operational reliability, and equipment longevity.

How It Works
ATCS operates by automatically injecting cleaning balls into the water circulation system at set intervals. These sponge or rubber balls, slightly larger than the tube diameter, travel through the tubes and scrub away biofilms, scaling, and debris, after which they are collected by a strainer and recirculated back into the system.
